Timber Floors
We have recently invested in the award winning Drymatic Heat Drying System which was developed to offer the Damage Management industry a cost-effective tool that would cater for a broad range of drying requirements. This provides faster drying times; can provide targeted drying for structural components such as walls and bulk heads; is suitable for bearers and joist drying and is quieter.
The Dyrmatic II equipment continually evaluates the humidity and temperature of the room to be dried and then operates in the mode that provides maximum drying effect.
• Re-circulation – areas is continuously heated up until temperature or humidity level is reached
• Exhaust – Exchanging the warm, humid air with warm, dry replenished air.
Because the equipment can cycle between these modes is maximises the amount of water removed from the area. It can:
• Achieve extremely low relative humidity <10%RH
• Controlled ambient temperature up to max 50oC
• kWh metering and drying program memory that does not erase in the event of a power failure.
Drymatic floor and wall mats are designed to be used:
• with the larger floor mats or to target dry small area of flooring.
• to dry walls up to 50cms up and flooring 50cms across drying the skirting and behind the frame of the wall and part of the wall and floor those jobs where the water has traced along the walls.
What does this new equipment mean for Fixit Industries? Even more effective and efficient delivery of structural drying for customers in both the residential and commercial sectors.
